Thus says the Lord:
He who walks in My Presence walks in holiness.
For without holiness, no man shall behold the face of the Lord.
Without holiness, the adversary finds his prey;
the shield is broken, the snare is set,
and the soul is taken in the net of the fowler.
Without holiness, the path is darkness;
the feet wander far from the courts of the Most High.
But My Presence is holy.
And they who walk with Me shall be clothed in My Holiness;
it shall be unto them as a garment,
woven with light, girded with truth.
Bathe thyself in My Holiness,
and the uncleanness of the world shall dissolve as wax before the flame.
The stain shall vanish,
the rot shall wither,
for the power of holiness shall burn within and without.
And in holiness there is divine joy—
a joy that seeks not the fullness of gold nor the treasures of the earth,
but the wealth that is eternal,
that moth cannot corrupt, nor rust consume.
Yet this joy shall open the storehouses of heaven,
and My Provision shall flow beyond the limits of flesh.
When the mind is holy,
when the thoughts are holy,
when the tongue speaks holiness,
when the hands work holiness,
when the breath itself is holy—
then shall you be My Dwelling Place,
and the Kingdom of the Lord shall be in your midst.
Then shall My Will be done on earth,
as it is in the heavens.
But you say, How shall we be holy?
Holiness is covenant.
It is the joining of dust and glory,
the resting of the Eternal upon the mortal,
the leaning of the mortal upon the Eternal.
And the clay shall be filled with the fire of God;
the vessel shall become divine.
It shall bear My Name to the nations,
turning the works of men into the works of God.
It shall open the prison gates,
loose the chains of darkness,
bind up the brokenhearted,
redeem the lost,
and plant the seed of righteousness in barren ground.
It shall lay foundations that cannot be shaken,
and raise up cities whose walls are salvation
and whose gates are praise.
And the glory of the Lord shall fill the earth as the waters cover the sea.
